Strategies to maintain my health and well being…I take fairly good care of myself if I were ever asked this question by a physician.I do weight bearing exercises daily.I do cardio exercises as well which includes jogging.I eat healthy and try and maintain my weight.I have lost over 80 lbs and I have health issues so I try and watch my caloric intake.It takes a lot of maintenance to stay healthy so I keep vigilant over my well being.
