Cubs 10 Royal 2…The barbeque in Kansas City is sizzling as were the Chicago Cubs bats on a steamy Sunday afternoon.While the Celsius went past 90 degrees it did not deter the Cubs offense which played small ball quite efficiently.Matthew Boyd had 7 strong innings to earn a win.Alex Bregman had two RBI’s for Chicago.Michael Conforto also provided the Cubs with offense as he had two RBI’s as well.The Cubs travel to Washington next week to take on the Nationals.
