Blue Jays 6 Dodgers 1…To live and die in LA was the mantra for the Dodgers World Series hopes as the Blue Jays continue to impress in a 6 to 1 romp.The Dodgers once again underwhelmed the national tv audience as their pitching and hitting woes continued.Trey Lesavage had a stellar performance striking out 12 batters and only yielding one run in Toronto’s game five triumph.Vladimir Guerrero went yard again,and the Jays finished off LA with small ball to put them on the brink of elimination.Game six will be at the Rogers Centre on Halloween night.

Blue Jays 6 Dodgers 2…Today’s Tom Sawyer could be described as a wonder and a renaissance man.This would describe Vladimir Guerrero JR. in many ways.Especially when it comes to power hitting where few players compare to the second generation superstar.In the third inning Vlad went yard in the Blue Jays game four win over the Dodgers.Shohei Ohtani scuffled in the game and had to leave after being shelled in the seventh inning.It is understandable after a heroic game three marathon where Shohei gave a epic performance.The World Series continues tomorrow night in Los Angeles.

Ravens 30 Bears 16…Quote the raven,never more was a quote from a Edgar Allen Poe poem although the Baltimore Ravens did not adhere to this today.Derrick Henry bulldozed the Bears with two rushing touchdowns.Tyler Huntley was outstanding in lieu of starter Lamar Jackson who is still nursing a hamstring injury.The Bears imploded all day with penalties and turnovers.The Bears play Cincinatti next Sunday.

Blue Jays 4 Mariners 3…Celebration time for the Blue Jays as they took game seven in the Rogers Centre and won their first pennant in thirty years.The Mariners were looking strong until George Springer launched a three run shot in the seventh inning that ultimately saved the day for Toronto.The Blue Jays Shane Beiber was shelled early though Torontos bullpen held their ship afloat.Seattles Cal Raleigh was frustrated although the power hitting catcher had a magnificent season.Toronto hosts Los Angeles in the Rogers Centre on Thusday night in game one of the World Series.

Thunder 125 Rockets 124…The defending champs started the season the hard way as Oklahoma city won a thriller over the Rockets.Houston had the Thunder on the ropes but clutch shooting from OKC point guard Shai Gilgeous Alexander helped the home team prevail.Oklahoma City was rocking on Tuesday like they never missed a beat.Shai Gilgeous Alexander led OKC in scoring with 39.Alexander also led in assists for the Thunder who resumed their winning ways.Chet Holmgren led the Thunder in boards doing lunch pail work in the paint.
