San Francisco Giants 18 Chicago Cubs 3…When it rains,it pours, and for the Cubs there was a lot of rain. Not the kind that cancels the game, that would have been more acceptable. No this kind of rain refers to losses which the Cubs have been accumulating in droves.Today was no exception a 18 to 3 beat down at the hands of the Giants.San Francisco decided to go Cobra Kai on the Cubs and gave them no mercy. The flood gates opened early on when Matt Chapman hit a grand slam.Chapman homered twice, and suffice it to say there was little hope for the north siders. The Cubs play tomorrow afternoon at Wrigley as they continue their series against the Giants.
